Car brake linings officially implemented CCC certification

On April 20, 2020, the State Administration for Market Supervision issued the "Announcement on the Implementation Requirements for the Conversion of Automotive Brake Linings from Production License to Compulsory Certification Management". Notice: Starting from June 1, 2020, automotive brake linings will be included In the scope of CCC certification management, all designated certification agencies begin to accept certification entrustment (the list of certification agencies, laboratories and certification implementation rules will be announced separately); the market supervision bureaus (departments and commissions) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (hereinafter referred to as provinces) Level market supervision department) stop accepting relevant production license applications, and terminate administrative licensing procedures that have been accepted according to law.

A one-year transition period was given for the connection between CCC certification and production license management. Since June 1, 2021, brake lining products for automobiles that have not obtained the compulsory product certification certificate and are not marked with the compulsory certification mark shall not be allowed to leave the factory, sell, import or use in other business activities.

On May 29, 2020, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration issued the "Announcement on the Implementation Rules for the Compulsory Product Certification of Automotive Brake Linings", notice: "Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Automotive Brake Linings" (CNCA-C11-20:2020 ), effective from June 1, 2020.
